I recently upgraded my blackberry with the Desktop 5.0.1.28 (Nov 11 2009). I also deleted Inform from my blackberry to reinstall it. After selecting inform.alx, the application loader shows the following message: "This application is not compatible with your device and cannot be downloaded."
I am using inform 2.0.16.0

Any suggestion?

My suggestion would be to load the .jad directly to your device rather than the desktop manager which is known for issues like this. To download the .jad directly to your device:

2. OTA Device Download:
Direct the browser on your BlackBerry device to the following address:
http://www.skysoftsystems.com/inform25/inform.jad

It worked. I have inFormTM V2.0.21 instead of



inFormTM V2.0.16.

Now my registration key is invalid!
