 Transferring Forms via USB - 1.0.23, 1.0.23 - Transferring Forms via USB presents 'Please enter Password' (3 Replies, Read 1950 times)

Some of our users have had trouble using the USB option to send the form to a device. Specifically, then they hit the USB button in mForm, the application warns of an invalid password. T

his happens on some devices where passwords are not enabled.

We do not yet have a root cause for this issue, it seems to be related to the RIM API that is used to connect via USB.

If you are experiancing this issue, it is recommended that you use the email method to send the form to the device as outlined in the User's Manual.

I solved the problem by the memory cleaning

I had a problem transferring forms to my Storm 2 until I got the very latest patch for the desktop software from BlackBerry. My testing was not rigorous enough to tell you definitively that this was the solution - but it's worked ever since.
